Saving My Assassin in PDF, EPUB, Tuebl, Mobi and Kindle:

"I should be dead. Buried in an unmarked grave in Romania. Obviously, I am not. God had other plans." At just under five feet tall, Virginia Prodan was no match for the towering 6' 10" gun-wielding assassin the Romanian government sent to her office to take her life. It was not the first time her life had been threatened--nor would it be the last. As a young attorney under Nicolae Ceausescu's brutal communist regime, Virginia had spent her entire life searching for the truth. When she finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, Virginia accepted the divine call to defend fellow followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. For this act of treason, she was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself. How Virginia not only managed to elude her enemies time and again, but how she also helped expose the appalling secret that would ultimately lead to the demise of Ceausescu's evil empire is one of the most extraordinary stories ever told. A must-read for all generations, Saving My Assassin is the unforgettable account of one woman's search for truth, her defiance in the face of evil, and a surprise encounter that proves without a shadow of a doubt that nothing is impossible with God.

Properly, while I endeavor to expound the principles of Christian social justice, I shall also endeavor to show you how these principles can be applied. And just as properly, it will be my hope to bestir you to action-Christian action, American action-for faith without good works is dead. Thus, at the outset, while I am deeply grateful to everyone of you for, the heroic sacrifices you have made, and will make, to keep me on the air over this independent chain of radio stations, may I ask you for one more favor today-the favor of a prayer to the Holy Ghost. I beseech all of you to ask the spirit of understanding to fill me with prudence; and the spirit of fortitude to give me strength and courage to carry on the battle against the hidden powers of darkness-perhaps not quite so hidden today as yesterday. May I also suggest that you will ask your little children who are ignorant of the causes of poverty, wretchedness and exploitation-may I suggest that you ask these innocent children to whisper a prayer for one who fully recognizes how unworthy he is but who fully realizes what a golden opportunity God has given to him to be an instrument for good. You are anxious to know what topics I shall discuss during the insuing year. Roundly speaking, it is my hope that these addresses will be concerned chiefly with Christian social justice. While my ultimate objective is to help more and more men to save their immortal souls, I recognize how difficult it is for man to practice Christian virtue, to live a holy life in peace and contentment, when he and a great group of his fellowmen are denied unjustly an equitable share in the goods and wealth of this world-goods and wealth which our common Father in heaven bestowed upon all men for all men to use and enjoy-goods and wealth, which, alas, have been concentrated in the hands of a few to the detriment of the many because an un-Christian species of social injustice was foisted upon us in the past few centuries and because, as a res

When a ventilator prevented her from speaking during her final hours, Jennifer started writing. After her death, her husband turns to those pages to tell her story of courage and faith. James had just walked through the door after a day's work when Jennifer told him the news that changed everything: it was cancer. In the following two years they would lose their sense of normalcy and their dreams for the future. But along the way, they would gain something even greater than their loss. Told through the eyes of a grieving husband is this true story of a young woman's fight for her life. Jennifer's final words, penned by hand when a ventilator prevented her from speaking, provide a powerful backdrop to this journey of faith and hope. A memoir that also offers a practical pathway for those struggling with loss, The Last Seven Pages is a testimony of a God who is present in our darkest moments, and who turned a devastating illness into a life-changing promise.

Tales of Forever in PDF, EPUB, Tuebl, Mobi and Kindle:

This the ultimate tale of God's intention toward humanity, a tale unlike any you have ever read before, one that reveals a startling proof of God's control over history and His faithfulness to His every word of promise. In fact, it is a story seen through the prism of five things, five sacred things--the Ark of the Covenant, the Spear of Destiny, the Shroud of Turin, the Great Pyramid of Giza, and the Septuagint Bible. In the process of telling this tale, we encounter several more things along the way, among them, an ancient prophecy, a promise of "days," which precisely foretold the Advent of Christ, recorded in the oldest story contained in the biblical record. And we meet the one man who was commissioned to tell this awesome tale, a man set apart from all others, a man who was said to have talked with God, face to face, having a conversation that took place not in any earthly sphere but at the very pinnacle of Heaven itself. All these elements, then, that is to say, everything needed to demonstrate a startling proof of God's control and faithfulness, have, for the first time, been forged into a single storyline--a promise of "days," a man and his heavenly conversation, an ark, a spear, a shroud, and a pyramid, all brought together to tell the "Tales of Forever: The Unfolding Drama of God's Hidden Hand in History."

Divine Vengeance in PDF, EPUB, Tuebl, Mobi and Kindle:

Divine Vengeance weaves intrigue and drama through the accurate and volatile historical events of the Cathar wars in thirteenth century France. A brutal massacre sponsored by the Pope. Brother Raimon cannot reconcile the dissonance between his faith and the violence. Nor can he rationalize his love for a Guilelma, a Cathar heretic. What starts as offering a helping hand, soon turns into organized aid for fleeing heretics. Now Raimon is captured attempting to sabotage the trebuchet Malvoisine, and he is to be burned at the stake...along with 180 heretics...and the woman he loves. Sadly the brutality of crusade leader Simon de Montfort is not contrived. The Cathar crusade was the first pogrom aimed at a Christian region. It led to the dark years of the Inquisition and set a concerning tone that influenced Western thought for centuries. Action, intrigue, geography, an era of history rife with contradictions, and an unrequited love. Join the adventure!

Why Are We Losing the Kids in PDF, EPUB, Tuebl, Mobi and Kindle:

I found this book on Bookbub, and am thrilled with what I've read. I wish every Christian would read it--especially every pastor and leader. My husband (who is a pastor) and I had already come to these conclusions before I found this book, but it gives me great hope that others are seeing the same disastrous problems. We have created a "monster" that we call "church" which little resembles the New Testament kind, and people are fleeing it. For all the promise of the "contemporary" style church, it isn't really much better. The church is failing to make disciples and failing to make any real impact in the culture, and it's all because we have failed to make authentic (true) converts. It's that simple. It's easy to make a disciple of someone who has been truly converted. Otherwise, with our usual crop of "decisions," it's like pushing a rope to get any serious commitment or Christlikeness out of them. The Bible says that Jesus is the Door, but to be brutally honest, the only way through that Door is to crawl--in repentance, submission (brokenness), and faith. We are no different than the church of the Middle Ages that baptized babies for salvation, leaving millions of people still in their sins. There isn't really any such thing as "a church for the unchurched" as many like to claim today. We should be the church of the redeemed, but we have become a church of the unsubmissive, unrepentant, unconverted, uncommitted, and unfaithful. And it all goes back to one thing--real salvation thru real repentance and real faith in Jesus Christ."-M.J. Freeman ..". thought provoking book showing true believers in Jesus Christ the need to examine the methods we are using to evangelize our children... the author backs up all of her writing with scripture, the true Word of God." -Alicia Canner " ...Wow what an eye opener, it opened my eyes to the real meaning of being born again. Not only a book to help with the youth but for everyone..."-Malinda Zemrose As Christian women, there is p
